Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information HalftimeRog.com ("we", "us") collects when you use our website, odds screen and related services (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version
- We collect what we need to run your account: your email address, which is your username, a scrambled copy of your password, your saved settings and basic sign-in activity.
- We do not run advertising, analytics or session-recording scripts, and we do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
- We never see your sportsbook accounts, bets or balances, and we do not store card numbers.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at [email protected].
1. What we collect

2. What we do not collect
- We do not load advertising, analytics, tracking pixels or session-recording tools.
- We do not connect to your sportsbook, exchange or prediction-market accounts, and we never see your bets, balances or winnings.
- We do not store payment card numbers. Card and bank payments are handled by the payment provider or bank.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
3. How we use it
- To provide the Service: sign you in, keep you on one device at a time, save your settings so they follow you between devices, and show your organization's members to its administrator.
- To email you about your account, billing, security and changes to our Terms or this policy. We do not send marketing emails unless you agree, and each one has an unsubscribe link.
- To bill you and keep the records the law requires.
- To keep the Service secure: detect and stop shared logins, scraping, abuse and attacks, and enforce our Terms of Use.
- To support you and answer your messages.
- To run and improve the Service: find and fix errors and keep it fast and reliable.
- To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of; we honor Global Privacy Control signals in any case.
5. Services your browser contacts
- Public sports data. Some panels, such as box scores, injuries, schedules and venue details, load public data directly from services such as ESPN, MLB, Wikipedia and Wikidata. When they do, your browser connects to that service, which receives your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy. We send them no account information.
- Sportsbooks and other Venues. When you follow a link to a Venue, you leave the Service and that Venue's privacy policy applies. Some links include the betting state you selected so the Venue opens the right site.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers that run the Service for us under contract, such as our server host, Cloudflare (network and security), our email provider and our payment provider, and only as needed for that work;
- with your organization's administrator on a Business plan, who can see your email address, role and invitation status;
- when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or us; and
- with a buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged, under this policy's protections.
7. How long we keep it
- Sign-in sessions end after 30 minutes without activity and at most after 30 days. App-open times are kept for 24 hours.
- Account information and settings are kept while your account is open, and deleted within 90 days after it closes.
- Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
- Support emails are kept as long as needed to help you and keep a record of what was agreed.
8. Security
We use HTTPS for every connection, store passwords only as one-way hashes, keep the sign-in cookie out of reach of page scripts, allow one active session per login, and limit who can reach our systems. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you do not use anywhere else, and tell us at once if you think your login has been used by someone else.
9. Your choices and rights
Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it; or
- delete it and close your account.
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. We will confirm the request comes from you, answer within 45 days, and never treat you differently for asking. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights by law and may use an authorized agent. If we refuse a request, you may appeal by replying to our answer.
You can also clear the copy of your settings and odds kept in your browser at any time through your browser's settings.
10. Age limit
The Service is only for people aged 21 and over. If we learn that we hold information about someone under 21, we will delete it and close the account.
11. Where your information is kept
The Service is intended for users in the United States, and we store and process your information in the United States.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the version and date at the top of this page and, for material changes, tell you on the Service or when you sign in before they take effect.
