Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-terms-v1 · Last updated 29 October 2026

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and HalftimeRog.com ("we", "us"), the operator of the HalftimeRog.com website, its odds screen and its related tools and services (together, the "Service"). By signing in or otherwise using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

The short version

This summary does not replace the full Terms below.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

You accept these Terms when you first use any part of the Service, and again each time you sign in. If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it, and "you" includes that organization.

You may use the Service only if all of the following are true:

2. What the Service is, and is not

The Service collects betting prices, lines, limits and market depth published by third-party sportsbooks, betting exchanges and prediction markets (each a "Venue") and arranges them on one screen. It also shows figures we calculate from those prices, such as best odds, hold, fair lines, expected value (EV), arbitrage, middles, line history, liquidity and alerts, along with scores, schedules, injury news and other sports information.

To be direct about what the Service is not:

3. Your location and the law

Which Venues you may use, and whether you may bet or trade at all, depends on where you are and on each Venue's own eligibility rules. Some Venues accept customers from age 18 and others only from 21, and prediction markets on sporting events are permitted in some states and disputed in others. Showing a Venue's price does not mean that Venue is legal or available where you are. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you and each Venue's terms. You must not use the Service in connection with any unlawful gambling, including acting as an unlicensed bookmaker or placing bets for other people for payment.

4. Accounts and sign-in

5. Plans, fees and billing

5.1 Plans

We offer an Individual plan for one person and Business plans for organizations with a set number of seats. The features, price, seat count and billing period of your plan are those stated when you subscribe, in your order or invoice, or on our plans page at that time. A Business plan may also be governed by a separate order form; if that order form conflicts with these Terms, the order form controls for that customer.

5.2 Fees and payment

5.3 Renewal and cancellation

5.4 Business plans

6. Your license to use the Service

While your plan is active and you follow these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the Service through a standard web browser, using the interface as we serve it:

No other right is granted, by implication or otherwise.

7. Prohibited use

You must not do any of the following, or help or allow anyone else to:

  1. Automated access. Use a bot, scraper, crawler, headless or automated browser, script, extension or other automated means to access, monitor, extract or copy the Service or any data on it.
  2. Access outside the interface. Call our WebSocket streams, programming interfaces or any other non-public endpoint except as our website does in your browser, or use a session cookie, token or password outside that interface.
  3. Copying and redistribution. Copy, store beyond ordinary browser caching, publish, redistribute, broadcast, sell, license, or build into any other website, app, feed, alert, dataset, betting model or AI model, any odds, prices, lines, limits, depth, alerts or other data from the Service, in original or derived form.
  4. Circumvention. Get around any access control or limit we apply, including sign-in, the one-device rule, rate limits and blocks, for example by rotating IP addresses, using proxies or VPNs to evade a block, or altering request headers.
  5. Account sharing. Share your login, use someone else's, or create several or fake accounts.
  6. Interference. Frame, mirror or embed the Service or present it as your own; probe, scan or test its security; overload or disrupt it; introduce malicious code; or reverse engineer any part of it, except where the law does not allow us to forbid that.
  7. Unlawful use. Use the Service in breach of any law, or in a way that infringes anyone's rights.

8. Venues, third-party data and links

9. Our rights in the Service

The Service, including its software, design, text and graphics, and our selection, arrangement, normalization and calculation of the data shown, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not use our names, logos or marks without our written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of anything to you.

10. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you.

11. Monitoring, suspension and termination

12. Responsible gambling

Betting should be entertainment, never a way to make money you need. Set limits, never chase losses, and do not bet more than you can afford to lose. Licensed Venues offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, and most states run self-exclusion programs.

If gambling is causing problems for you or someone you know, free and confidential help is available 24 hours a day: call 1-800-GAMBLER or 1-800-MY-RESET.

If you want us to close your account for this reason, email [email protected] and we will do so and refund any unused prepaid fees.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service or its data will be accurate, timely, complete, available, uninterrupted or free of errors. You use the Service at your own risk.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither we nor our owners, officers, employees or agents are liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for any bet you lose or do not place, or any decision a Venue makes about you, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if we were told the loss was possible.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us and our owners, officers, employees and agents harmless from any claim, loss, liability and expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights.

16. Changes to the Service and these Terms

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act.

17.1 Talk to us first

Before starting arbitration, email [email protected] describing the dispute and what you want. If we cannot resolve it within 60 days, either of us may start arbitration.

17.2 Binding individual arbitration

Except as stated in section 17.4, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, under its Consumer Arbitration Rules for individuals and its Commercial Arbitration Rules for Business customers, before a single arbitrator, rather than in court. The arbitration may be held by video or telephone, on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live. Fees are allocated under the AAA's rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

17.3 No class actions

You and we may each bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. If this paragraph is found unenforceable for a claim, section 17.2 does not apply to that claim and it proceeds in court under section 17.4.

17.4 What still goes to court

Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court. We may also seek an injunction in the state or federal courts for Lee County, Florida to stop a breach of section 7, unauthorized access to the Service, or misuse of our intellectual property, and you consent to those courts' jurisdiction for that purpose.

17.5 Your right to opt out

You may opt out of sections 17.2 and 17.3 by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, from the email address on your account. Opting out changes nothing else in these Terms.

18. General

These Terms, our Privacy Policy and, for Business customers, any order form are the entire agreement between us about the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or as part of a merger or sale of our business. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of Venues or other data sources. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship. We may send you notices by email to the address on your account or on the Service.
